The location was mind-blowing, with everything within easy walking distance. Super safe with the police station next door. Jaw-droppingly convenient parking. The cupboards were stocked with all we needed, even fresh milk. The owners were incredibly helpful, always ready to fix anything or provide information. Free wi-fi, free parking, and a flat-screen TV were major bonuses. Plus, having our own parking space was a pleasant surprise. The abundance of bath towels was a nice touch. And to top it off, pets were allowed and there was a strict no smoking policy on site.

our stay in kings lynn was fantastic once again, thanks to maple house. perfect location, safe and convenient with easy parking. the owners are incredibly helpful and accommodating, always there to assist or provide information. couldn't ask for more!

Great location! Close to the river, green spaces, town centre, pubs, and restaurants. Easy walking distance to everything you need. the house was well-equipped with all the necessities for a short visit. Plus, there's a dedicated parking space which is such a relief in crowded areas.

Cleaning was a bit disappointing. the door sill and window sills outside were filthy, not a great first impression.

This apartment was perfect for our family with two bedrooms and a cozy living room. It felt like a home away from home. The flat-screen TV was a great addition, allowing us to relax and watch our favorite shows after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and kettle made it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals together. We loved having a washing machine in the bathroom, so we could easily do laundry during our stay. The location was fantastic, with everything we needed nearby and easy access to attractions in King's Lynn.

Personally, we found the hairdryer in the bathroom a little underpowered, but it might work fine for others.
